Gourds

We have all the classic gourd favourites even a few very hard to find ones we grow most of these ourselves in zone 6b.   So if we carry it you can grow it in shorter growing season area's of the USA.  These are mainly used for crafts and décor.    But are just straight out fun for every body  most of these have white blossom and are pollinated by moths every variety we have will grow true 

  Cause these are heirloom open pollinated 

   These are just plain fun. Crafts.   But for our market growers these are great for end of summer sales before t he pumpkins hit the scene. 

  If you are going to transplant use. Pulp pots. Or pellets.    

 Here's a tip we learned the hard way 

 Do not leave them in your field to long after curing

  Otherwise the mice will bore into each one to eat the seeds
