the ugoslavian finger squash is highly regarded for ornamental use. These are very interesting they ripen to a off white and have little fingers coming
Out of them. Also can be used as a summer squash
This variety, also known as Pineapple squash, is a long-standing heirloom and is great for decorating or eating. For cooking, pick when small for the best flavor.
Plant early plant often
This is a very rare variety you will be the only one to have these at your markets or fall displays help keep our homestead heritage alive for all the generations
You could start the seeds indoors (1/2 to 1 inch deep) in mid to late spring, if you want to get an early start, but it’s easier to just sow them directly in your garden around your last frost date. I usually sow three or four seeds together in the pot or ground.
Hope everyone has great crops
