Jerusalem artichoke

 Hello folks. These are not true artichokes  they are potato like tubers.  From a really striking tall flowering plant with lots of little yellow blooms. These will grow anywhere in the usa  zones 3 and above and will come back year after year.  

 They are a member of the sunflower family
