   Is a great addition to any garden or market farm 

   You nice tall sunflower like flowers and. Nice tubers to eat at the end of the season. 

  To plant cut each tuber. Making sure there's a eye like you would a potato   plant 3 to 6 inches down. 

  These are not really fussy as far as care   

 These will come back year after year great for waste space area.  

   Not alot of folks grow these  anymore  

 So this is a great variety for all you market growers 

   To give you a idea.  There's 4 tubers in a pound 

  Each tubers will have 3 to 7 pieces  you will need  

 About 5lbs of tubers  for about a 100 foot row

 This will yield 75 to 100 lbs of tubers
