White Japanese Turnip

White Japanese Heirloom Turnips take 35 days for turnip greens and 50 days for normal turnips.  These pure white turnips are mild in flavor; even turnip haters will like these!  And as with all turnips, they can handle a frost. White turnips are a great choice for our farmers market friends; your bunches will sure to be a stand out. These are all Heirloom and Non-GMO. 

Japanese Turnips are a great way to enjoy Japanese cuisine. They're the cutest Japanese dishes in our store and we love them! Use these Japanese White Japita Turns for sushi or Japanese pasta sauces; they also make great rice noodles and spaghetti salads - even on their own or with other sushi dishes such as tofu shichimi (you can eat it in a pinch).
