Another stunning shade of bachelor buttons otherwise known as cornflowers. These pretty blooms are edible and are beneficial because they will attract small birds to your garden.
White bachelor buttons are equally as fragrant and are as pretty as thier sisters that come in other shades such as blue, red, pink, purple and sometimes almost black.
Another fact about bachelor buttons is that they're commonly used in tea making.
Planting Instructions
Plant Bachelor buttons in the fall if you intend to have a spring bloom. Alternatively you can also plant in early spring, 2-3 weeks before the last frost.
Grow bachelor buttons in full sun, but they also need partial shade, but not too shady otherwise they won't stand up. On the flip side, these flowers will burn up if the temperature gets too hot.
These flowers will do fine in most types of soil.
