You can make the best cornmeal ever or add to your fall display. This is  a open pollinated heirloom non gmo variety   This is a good variety for the three sisters planting combination 

Wapsie valley corn is a non GMO corn  most of the time used for decoration

 But you can grind into tasty cornmeal
