Utah tall celery

 This classic heirloom variety is heirloom open pollinated non GMO.   And is very easy to grow and does not require 

 Blanching.    Will produce nice stand sized full bunches of celery at about 60 to 75 days after transplant. 

   These are a great candidate for intercroping 

  The closer you plant these together the smaller your bunches.     Grow some in your garden and 

 Have the homegrown heirloom goodness at your homestead.  This season. 

  This is a classic traditional celery. 

You can plant 2 of these per square foot  

So will yield lots 

 If your doing markets or a farm stand harvest every other one then the other ones will get bigger
