White cloud clover

Another crimson clover variety but this time in delicate shades of white that blooms exactly like clouds. White Cloud Clover is the only white flowered Trifolium incarnatum cultivar in the US.

Wildlife and livestock generally prefer the white clover due to the lack of red colouration meaning there are lower levels of bitter anthocyanins thus making it a sweeter clover.

***Planting Instructions***

White Clover germinates and establishes best with nighttime temperatures below 60 degrees. Spring planting is best when night time temperatures are above 40 degrees with daytime temperatures above 55 degrees. Adequate moisture is critical. May be planted in fall from August to October as long as you plant 6 - 8 weeks before the first killing frost.
