Snowball Improved Cauliflower has large, wrapped leaves that curl up and over curd; they are cold tolerant and produce good yields of snow white, delicately flavored heads. This variety is a unchanged heirloom. Seeds will grow true Non-GMO and are beyond organic. These transplant great; we use the bareroot system. Also will field hold fairly well. Use for spring, summer, and fall.
