Siberian garlic

Siberian garlic is a purple striped variety That's ready mid season  will produce medium sized bulbs with a bunch of cloves.  

 This variety is great for areas with cold winters 

 Below zero it's ok a foot of fresh snow in the spring no problem  actually this variety needs the cold to produce bulbs. 

   Garlic is sort of like apples in the way they grow they need the cold.   It triggers stuff within the plants DNA

   Planting is simple break apart the bulbs put a clove 2 to 4 inches down and wait. 

  Get them in the ground before the ground freezes
