Petch Siam Thai Eggplant

The Petch Siam Thai eggplants take only 50 days from transplant. These are egg-sized, green eggplants with green stripes. They are highly productive and widely used in Asian cooking. 

Petch Siam translates to ‘Diamond of Thailand.’

Similar types of eggplant are also popular in Vietnam and India. 

The fruit is about the size of a tennis ball, but best harvested at the size of a ping pong ball
