The Mongolian Sunflower is one of biggest sunflowers you can get! These Heirloom favorites get beyond huge with the seeds over an inch long; the heads get up too two feet with 16 to 18 inches, being common the stalks average over 12 feet. Give these lots of sunlight, loose soil, and water if you want the biggest sunflowers ever.

The seeds have a very healthy oil in them the kernels are a little bigger than normal great for a family snack project
Sunflowers require full sun. Soil which is moist and moderately fertile will produce the best flower heads. Blooms attract bees, birds and butterflies.
*Please note with the Bigger single-headed varieties, if you live in an area that is prone to windy weather, the sunflowers will require support as the wind is likely to knock them over.
