Mix Fingerlings (Eggplant)

This is a mixture of eggplant fingerlings that include yellow, white, and purple. They are all of the Japanese type. Best when picked about 5 inches, be prepared to pick a few times a week. These will set in cooler night areas. We are in zone 6a and have no problems growing these. They are on the farmers market table before the tomatoes!  Happy growing!!!

Seed mixes are the best of all time. A great choice for adding some texture and color to your favourite summer bouquets or as a standalone plant in your garden. Mixing seeds with herbs is a wonderful way to add flavour and texture to salads and other dishes, especially when they're cooked on a stovetop. The mix makes a lovely addition when cooked in a pot.
