This is an older Heirloom. Close to Bloody Butcher. These grow monster 8 foot stalks and nice big round ears; they are a deep red with almost-black kernels throughout. A very beautiful addition to any garden or fall display, they will also make a great sweet corn meal.

Its intense corn flavor made this "Jimmy Red" corn a popular choice for moonshine and bourbon! 

This towering red dent corn seed is all heirloom and non GMO   the old tyme moonshiners used this variety to make moonshine.     It's a forgotten variety of our homesteading heritage.  Makes wonderful decorations and great food for your four legged homestead friends
