Horseradish

Hello all. Horseradish is very easy to grow.  Just take a piece of root. And.  Soak it in water it will start to root

 You can take a hole crown and cut it into several pieces  and root them. Like you would cut a potato 

 And it's super hardy.  Will grow anywhere in the usa 

 And will come back year after year

   We once harvested a 14 pound root 

We are zone 6b
