The Heirloom Canary Yellow Melon take 80 - 90 days to mature. They are a large, bright-yellow melon with a pale green to white inner flesh that resembles that of a pear. This melon has a sweet flavor and even a tangier flavor than a honeydew melon. When ripe, the rind has a slightly waxy feel. Our melon seeds are all Heirloom and Non-GMO.
