Gai lan chinese broccoli

Gai lan is a Chinese broccoli that's ready anywhere from 40 to 70 days depending on the size you like it's best when harvested when the flowers first appear 

This is rare in the usa. It's from Asia  

 This is heirloom open pollinated non gmo ready to grow 

  Grow this like any broccoli  but be very careful only to bury the seeds about a 1/4  inch. Will grow in just about any area of the usa

The taste is very similar but with a slight difference in the taste due to the ingredients being different from each other, so this meal will have a slightly different effect on the taste than you expect!
