Essex  is a orange red pretty rare winter squash 

 Will take 90 to 100 days.  Will need a fall frost to fully mature.   Great size for a family 4 to 8 pounds you will occasionally get a bigger or a smaller   it is very unique looking little warts all over huge outside  it's all heirloom and rare hard to find
