Early silver line melon

The early silver line melon is a personal sized heirloom melon that's non gmo open pollinated and comes from Asia  had great flavor. And is thin skinned so can be peeled with a potato peeler. This melon is otherwise known as a Korean melon.The taste is pretty similar to cantaloupe but the texture is pretty un-melony. They're crispy.

 And are pretty fast maturing  around 75 days  so our gardening friends in the northern regions can have good luck with this one.  The early silver line is a unique heirloom  rare melon.    And is a great addition to any line up 

Melons love heat. Sow seeds outdoors in 12" diameter hills after danger of frost has passed and soil has warmed. Space hills 6' apart in all directions. Seeds will germinate in 4-10 days. Can also be started indoors 2-3 weeks before last frost.
