This Heirloom gem.  Is a rare Italian cauliflower variety that's purple this variety is all heirloom non gmo.  Will turn green after cooking but will retain some color if steamed this takes about 80 days.  But its worth the wait.  You will get side shoots after cutting the main head.   Will produce good size to bigger heads.
