Danish flag poppy

Papaver Somnifer, otherwise known as Danish flag poppy due to it's striking scarlet colour with a pure white center.
This stunning opium poppy grows to a height of 60-90cm tall, there's no question that these stunning blooms will be an eye-catching delight in your garden year after year.
Danish poppies bloom from July through to October and can strive in any kinds of soil with the exception of water-logged soil.

***Planting Instructions***
Danish poppies need to be planted into soil that has already been watered. 
They grow best in full sun, once planted, they need to be well-watered but not water-logged.
The best time for planting Danish poppues would be from March until May and they'll bloom from July through to October.
These poppies are drought-resistant  and will attract bees and butterflies .
Deadhead these flowers if you're not wanting any futher seeds.

Dannish poppies are toxic to humans, cats and dogs. They are harmful when eaten and should be handled with care.
