Cylindra Beet

Cylindra is a longer beet and a little less round. Great for slicing, these will get 3 to 5 inches long and about a 1.5 inches around. You can pick at any size! This variety is not included in our assortment. These are all Heirloom and Non-GMO. Happy growing!!!

Cylindra Beet is a fresh and tasty variety of the cucumber with a spicy flavor. The cucumbers are used in salads as well as for making omelettes. In addition to its excellent taste it can be added to vegetables such as carrots, spinach or cucurrie. It also makes an ideal vegetable spread for sandwiches too!
