Chicago pickling cucumber

The Chicago pickling cucumber, a widely used pickling cucumber since the 1850s, is perfect for full-sized pickles or fried breaded pickles. Its larger size provides more pickling potential.  

Cucumbers do not like their roots disturbed during transplanting so if starting seeds indoors, use biodegradable pots. Seeds can be started inside or outside.

   Will grow anywhere in the USA.  Takes 50 to 65 days
