This variety is endive is more than likely the most striking of all the endive it's not to bitter not to sweet does well as a fall planted crop this one likes it cooler
It's a pale yellow almost a white with purple specs running though it. Takes around 45 days for full sized heads.
Great for a garnish or a fancy meal setting you can't find this in a supermarket
