A white Japanese type, and disease tolerant, this type of eggplant grows slender and long. The plants look nice as well! You definitely will want to treat this as a main season crop; they are not cold tolerant. The Casper is a neat treat and sure to liven up your farm stand or CSA boxes. You can't buy white eggplant at your normal supermarket. This is one of the joys of gardening! Happy growing!!!
