Caserita Summer Squash is a very early summer squash with a slight club look to it. It's very close to the Cocozelle, but even better! It only takes around 50 days from seed to mature. A heavy producer, it has a white flesh; it's also versatile in the kitchen. Will grow in zones 3 thru 10 and grows just like any summer squash.
