Borettana White Cipollini Onions

Borettana White Cipollini Onions are white day neutral onions. A favorite Heirloom, these open pollinated are rare onions that come from Italy. All the Cipollini onion types grow flat and have a wonderful, non-overbearing flavor with nice tops. These will take anywhere from 65 to 100 days to mature, depending on the size you want. You cannot get these from a big box store. Will grow in zones three to ten and will mature in cooler climates. Grow these just like you would any onion. Plant about a half inch down and six inches apart; they take ten plus days to germinate, so be patient. You will be rewarded!
