Boltardy beet

 The boltardy beet is a very cold tolerant beet  you can broad cast seeds in the snow type of cold tolerant 

 Will produce nice med to large size beets and tops in 50 to 55 days.  A great early or late variety.   

  This all heirloom open pollinated  

  Remember beets take a bit to germinated so make sure they stay moist.  

   Here is a professional tip.  

    Keep the spacing at least 4 to 6 inches apart  

  Otherwise you will have small clump together beets

      And for harvest turn the irrigation on for a bit 

 They will come out the ground so much easier 

    Plant early Plant often
