Bok Choy is a must have for any garden or farm stand. A good choice for a main season green! They have good bolt tolerance. Because they come in and out quickly, we recommend planting every other week so you can pick different sizes and have a constant supply. Our packs contain about 350 seeds and each ounce pack has about 6,500 seeds. All our seeds are Heirloom and Non-GMO. Happy growing!!!    

Sow outdoors March to October thinly, 1.5cm (½ in) deep in a well prepared seed bed, in rows 30cm (12in) apart. Keep soil moist. Thin to 10cm (4in) apart for mature plants or harvest un-thinned for baby leaf.Harvest: June to October. Keep well-watered in dry and hot conditions. Pick when young and tasty.

   As soon as you see any bolting. Nip it off and harvest within a couple days
