Collard greens

We carry a few varieties that very well suited to homesteaders and small farmers all our seeds our non GMO open pollinated heirloom  

Collard are a warm weather green they will not bolt, turn bitter or go to seed in the heat.
close spacing is okay.
We recommed 4-8 inches depending on your desired leaf size, the bigger headed variety we recommed over a foot of spacing.
plant seeds in about 1/2 an inch into the soil.
30-60 days from seed to table.
**Please note for harvesting in bunch, you can harvest using scissors**  

  If you need lots of collards you use pulp pots for some early  plants.
