Things To Consider When Starting Your Own Seed Growing Journey (Part Two)
Share
Hey Guys,
I hope everyone is doing well.
A few weeks ago by now, I wrote the first half of this piece of work, and I must first apologise for being so late in bringing you the second half.
So here it is, I'm looking deeper into all of this, my whole purpose is to share my knowledge, and kind of show through trail and error, to make the seed growing journey easier for anyone else who wants to try it out for themselves, which I highly recommend by the way!
When starting out, I have to admit, I didn't know all that much about the whole process, so I've learned a lot along the way, but I've also made a lot of mistakes too! and there are many things to consider before you start.
Aside from the most important things such as the time and effort that's needed to start this journey, you also need to consider things such as the hardiness zone in which you live, the soil type, planting depth. There's a lot I would do differently with what I know now compared to what I knew back when I started.
Learn as much as you can before you start and always keep in mind that mistakes can and will happen along the way and every mistake you make is a new opportunity to learn and mistakes are fixable, just don't get discouraged because the effort you put in will eventually pay off.
Hang in there, you can do this! I believe in you!
There's another thing I would consider before starting out on your seed growing journey and that would be to only plant the seeds that you and your family will enjoy eating, since there's not really much point putting in putting in the effort of starting out on the seed growing journey if you're not going to enjoy the end result.
Thank you for reading,
Until Next Time,
Kim
