No Farmers.... No Food!

Hey Guys,
I hope everyone is doing well..

I just wanted to talk a little about something that's really important to me and if you manage to read all the way to the end of this little rant, then I appreciate your time more than you know.

Here in the UK, the future for small farmers looks bleak at best and absolutely devastating at worst. Things do not look good for the future for small scale farmers and I feel that it's really important to help out as much as we can, small farmers need our help, I'm mainly talking about the situation here in the UK right now because of the area where I'm from, farming is the backbone of our way of life. There are so many small family farms here in rural Wales and we're in danger of losing all that forever.

The reason for all of this is that small family farms will struggle to pay the astronomical changes proposed by the government, many farmers will have no other choice but to sell up and move on because they're inevitably going to struggle to pay the inheritance tax... this is devastating because generations of knowledge passed down through the years are going to be lost. We can't let that happen!

Farming isn't something that can be turned on and off like a tap, once it's gone... it's gone... that's it... gone forever. The impacts of this haven't fully come to light yet, but all I know from what I'm looking right now is... it's not looking good.

There has to be a solution to this and by working together we can find a way to make all of this work for everyone involved.

I'm aware that farmers worldwide are under threat right now, so wherever you are in the world right now, please.. do your best to support small scale farmers, I'm going to be sharing a lot more about this over the next few days because it really is that important.

I'm not trying to preach or tell you the best way to live your life, everyone has the freedom of choice in life and I respect the hell out of that, but I'm here to give you new ways of thinking, if you choose to read this and ignore the message behind it, then that's totally up to you, I respect your choices and I'm thankful to have the opportunity to speak my mind about this.
