Just a little update on my seed growing journey

Hello,

If anyone’s been following along with my seed growing journey, I’m back with another small update.

Over the weekend, I’ve tried my hand at using different methods to get a head start on germinating some seeds, since we’re still trying to figure out how to compensate for the lower than average temperature were currently experiencing here in the UK.

I’ve included an image of the seeds that I’ve started this weekend and we’re trying out a more advanced method by soaking the seeds in a small glass of water for up to 24 hours before they were direct seeded into the ground in my front garden.

Planting outside is personally one of my favourite parts of this journey but the hardest thing about it is getting that weather to play ball….

But that’s all part of the adventure right?

Another little update on my first batch of seeds… the lilac bell pepper… progress is still very slow… but I’m still hopeful that soon we should see a little more progress.

I’ll include links to the seeds that I’m currently working on if anyone else would like to try their hand at doing the same…

I’d love to hear how you guys are getting on with your own seed growing journeys… maybe I could learn something :)

Thank you for reading,

I hope you all have a happy growing session.

Until next time,

Kim
